A commuter train on the Orlando area’s SunRail line has struck and killed a man, authorities said.
Service was suspended early Friday after a body was found on the tracks in Sanford, but trains resumed later in the morning.
Sanford police officials said a train conductor spotted the body early Friday and contacted police.
Service was affected Friday morning in Volusia, Seminole and Orange counties due to police activity.
The commuter train service began earlier this year.
