Above-average temperatures continue into workweek

The unusually warm temps for December we’ve been seeing are expected to continue for a few more days, says WFLA-TV Julie Phillips. Overnight, there may be some fog around again with light winds and temps in the upper 60s expected.

It will be partly cloudy during the daytime with a high expected in the low to mid-80s degrees, Phillips says. The average high for Dec. 8 is only 73. It should remain mostly dry with high pressure in place.

On Monday it will be partly cloudy with highs back up into the lower 80s. Slight rain chances enter the forecast again on Tuesday evening.
