Columbia Restaurant plans to reserve 1905 Day prices for special anniversaries
The Columbia Restaurant cafe dining room, shown in 1906, was the original 60-seat restaurant that opened in 1905. Today, it is one of 15 distinct dining rooms.[Columbia Restaurant]
Each September for years, diners lined up for the annual bargain that is 1905 Day: a rollback of prices in celebration of the restaurant's early years. But for the second time in recent years, it won't happen.
