TAMPA — The atmosphere inside the Buccaneers locker room late Sunday wasn’t as dour as some might think. Despite losing 25-12 to the Colts and falling back a step in the NFC playoff race, the vibe remained mostly positive.

For 14 years, Tampa businessman Bob Clark has hosted a Friday luncheon at Columbia Restaurant with various community members, elected officials and other guests.
